Shipping & Returns
As soon as your items are shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking information.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Free shipping on orders over €100
Delivery time: 2-4 business days
Free shipping on orders over €150
All other European orders will enjoy FREE delivery from orders over 250€.
Shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout section.
If an item does not meet your expectations or you picked the wrong size, the order can be returned:
· Starting on the day of delivery, you have 14 days to apply for a return. Applications sent after this period will not be accepted.
· Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
· Postal costs for returned products are the customers responsibility. This will only be refunded in case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
· We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit. Post services are very reliable nowadays but never bad to keep your proof of postage.
To RETURN a product:
· Send an email to email@example.com and clearly mention your name, order number, product details and reason for return/exchange.
· You will receive an answer within 48 hours. A return form will be attached that needs to be filled in.
· Put all products as well as the necessary documents in a proper return bag, attach the return label, seal it and it’s ready to be sent.

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
· If your item is returned in good condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask you to return the original item for a refund and then proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
